Dance Meditations T^M
As a daily ritual for relaxation and for the flow training of active breathing and sensory sensitivity and attention, dance meditation can be practiced individually or in a group,
with all ages and professional profiles.
With the T^M form, meditation is practiced in a moving form. Different rhythms and dynamics, accompanied by vocalion sequences in which the voice is used in various tonalities. (psalmodic sequences).
´

Multilingual approach: Semantic movement meditation
A multilingual setting enables imaginative attemps within various linguistic landscapes.
Such syllabys can be created using terms from any language. It is essential to pay attention to phonetic rhythm during pronunciation, so that articulation and sound give a clear impulse for body movement, trigger associative images and breathing indirectly guides the rhythm of the bodily movement.
Multilingual guided self-reflection for the creation of movement sequences, respiratory exercises with a multilingual approach: we breathe differently when we speak a language other than our first language.
In his works “The Rule of Metaphor” and “Time and Narrative”, Vol. 1, Paul Ricoeur talks about the productivity of the linguistic imagination, “which creates/regenerates meaning through the power of metaphor by seeing things in novel ways and as a consequence Expresses.” Ricoeur (1984)
As the metaphor of rain is located in a multilingual environment, the meaning can develop anew in a variety of novel embodiments.
The following rhythmic breathing exercises are an essential part of the dance meditation T^M:
external breathing, internal breathing and regulation of breathing through breath-holding with guided imagery, prompting participants to visualize airflow inside the body, such as imagining moving air as a ray of light in lungs and the 150,000,000 sacs (alveoli) ventilated within ), warm air flow to the tips of the toes and so on...
By introducing terms from different languages into the process of creative dance meditation, the aim is to achieve the effect of so-called “positive stress”, thereby increasing attention. With imaginary images of inner organs, such as: lungs, alveoli, astrocytes, ... Based on the "descriptive anatomy" method of Eric Franklin - Swiss dancer, pedagogue and founder of Franklin method -, the creative visualization of inner body landscape is guided, thereby strengthening the connection with the "invisible" parts of vital organs and the overall experience of self.
It is essential to stop the flow of breathing for a short time between the sequences of inhalation and exhalation exercises (between 5-10 seconds) in order to activate inner breathing - ventilation - which increases alertness and the ability to 'decelerate' is trained by feelings of stress and tension.
According to the teachings of Hatha Yoga, "When the breath is uneven, the mind is restless, but when the breath is still, the mind is also still, and the yogi gets the power of stillness. Therefore the breath should be held.” (Hatha Yoga Pradipika)
After Tummo meditation method , which was already practiced by Tibetan monks in the 11th century, the body temperature is increased by means of certain breathing techniques, so that the 'bad thoughts and feelings' are 'burned'
My dance meditations and multilingual plays are primarily aimed at developing the ability to form the ability for tactful, emotionally stable communication,
through sensitivity for tone, choice of words, pronunciation, gestures, facial expressions and the overall bodilly expression - figuratively speaking, the formation of "word pearls from thought grains".
In addition, the short variants with movement sequences from well-known ballets should enable self-awareness for a broader audience, the isolation exercise sequences such as the Lung-breath of time accompanied with guided imagination exercises, support individual perception and sensitivity for the inner anatomy, sensitivities and their connection with the body ...
