CoKi:
Corporate Kindergarten Model
von Tatjana Christelbauer
The
CoKi-model was created with the idea of contributing to the cross-sectoral development of educational partnerships for the purpose of quality improvement in the field of elementary education, as well as for improvement of the work-life balance for the target groups and sectors.
Furthermore, the model can provide essential impulses for the processes of social integration in the discourse on sustainability in a direct and indirect way, and optimise the
work-education and child care- conditions
For companies, institutions and governments, the model provides a comprehensive network of linked resources for application and development.
The
CoKi-model is made up of best-practice building bricks, which I have developed over the last 27 years as a consultant at the Lower Austrian Government, as a lecturer, artist, cultural diplomat and practical researcher in Austria and internationally.
Such model can be applied in any geographic area within any company, with existing resources.
